AVENUE BETWEEN "G" STREET AND "F" STREET. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Colton as follows: <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Colton having elected <br />to proceed 'under 'the provisions of Section 8300 et seq. of the Streets and <br />Highways Code of the State of California, and having held a public hearing <br />as providedihere.n ,hereby finds from all the evidences submitted that the <br />alley east of Pennsylvania Avenue between "G" Street and "F" Street, described <br />as follows: <br />That particular east -west 20� foot wide alley situated in Block 81, <br />Town of Colton, as recorded in Map Book 9, Page 37, records of 'San Bernardino <br />County, State of California, <br />is unnecessary for present or prospective street purposes and the public <br />interest and convenience requires the closing of said alley. <br />Section '2. Accordingly, the City Council of the City of ,Colton <br />hereby orders the vacation of the herein before described alley subject to <br />reservation and exceptions.' <br />The public convenience and necessity require the reservations and <br />exceptions of easements and rights of way for, structures enumerated :in <br />Section 8330 of the Streets and Highways Code., and all proceedings taken <br />herein are.expressly subject to such reservations and exceptions for and <br />on behalf of the City. <br />PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of February, 1976. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />
