Said bids will be opened at a d time and the results will thereafter be referred to the City Couno�l for consideration at their next regular meeting, Mailed bids should be addressed as follows City Clerk City Hall City of Colton 650 North La Cadena Drive Colton, California 92324 PROCEEDINGS The works and .improvements hereinafter mentioned are authorized pursuant,to the provisions of the "Municipal Improvement Act of 1913," being Division 12 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of Cali- fornia, and said project will be financed pursuant to bonds being issued according to the terms and provisions of the "" being Division 7 of said Code. Improvement Act of 1911.1-" WORKS OF IMPROVEMENT The construction of certain sanitary sewer improvements together with appurtenances and appurtenant work in connection therewith to serve property in the City of Colton, generally in Tract No. 7582 and a portion of Lot 1,2 of the Rosedale Tract, all within the bound - Aries of the City of Colton, known and designated as Assessment y District No. 1975-1. PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS .All of the above work is to be done under contract in accord- ance with those certain plans, specifications and drawings contained in a "report" contemplated by Resolution of Intention No, 3570 , con- sidered and approved on the 3rd day of February , and other contract documents duly adopted and approved, to which "Report" and documents, reference is hereby made for a description of said work and improvement. PROPOSALS Proposals must be submitted on the blank forms prepared and furnished for the purpose and which may be obtained at the office of the City Clerk and City Engineer. At said office, bidders may"obtain copies of the plans, profiles, and specifications for the contemplated improvement. BONDS The contractor will be required to furnish with the contract a faithful, performance bond in the amount of One Hundred Percent of the aggregate amount of the bid, and a labor and material bond in the amount of One Hundred Percent The contractor will also furnish -T
