That the Agreement with the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe <br />Railway Company and the City of San Bernardino relating to the Mill Street <br />Overcrossing is hereby approved. <br />2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby <br />authorized to sign for and on behalf of the City of Colton, that certain <br />Agreement as approved. <br />PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED, this 3rd day of February, 1976. <br />ATTEST: <br />y Q <br />HELEN A.
