G. Huffaker, to execute <br />and deliver on behalf of the City of Colton a. Cost Service <br />Contract Agreement with the State Personnel Board. <br />A copy of said agreement is attached hereto, marked <br />Exhibit "A", and made a part hereof by reference. <br />PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED, this 16th day',of <br />March, 1976. <br />ATTEST <br />HELEN A.
