The City, Council does assess the change of six hundred seventy- <br />five dollars ($675.00) against the real property described as follows: <br />Parcel No. 164-141-21, commonly referred to as <br />818 Shasta Drive, Colton, California. <br />Said charge shall be recorded on the assessment roll for real <br />property in the County of San Bernardino. <br />4. A certified copy of this assessment is directed to be filed <br />by the City Clerk with the County Auditor for ,the County of San Bernardino; <br />said assessment shall become a lien in favor of the City of Colton against the <br />aforesaid real property and shall continue until the assessment and all interest <br />due and payable thereon are paid. <br />PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED this 20th .day of April, 1976. <br />ABE E.
