1 RESOLUTION NO. 3609 <br />2' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 3119 <br />AMENDING SCHEDULE FOR SEW#R'SERVICE <br />4 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Colton that <br />5 in accordance_ with Ordinance No. 930,;, Section 82 Sub Section B, the Schedule <br />6 for Sewer 'Service Charges as set forth in Resolution No. 31199 is hereby <br />i <br />7 amended to read as follows: <br />8 (a) Residential User: <br />9 Ech single family dwelling <br />Each dwelling unit in a duplex <br />10 Each dwelling unit in an apartment <br />Each dwelling unit in a condominium <br />11 Each dwelling unit in a mobile home park $ 5.55 <br />service charge for l month..o.aa.a*a�as..•• <br />12' <br />(b) Commercial and/or Industrial User: <br />13 <br />Charges for all Commercial and/or Industrial <br />14 users shall be sixty-seven percent (67%) of <br />the monthly water bill or any portion thereof. <br />15 `, Minimum Charge shall be $5.55 monthly. <br />16 (c) For each church, the sum of $5.55 per month. <br />17 (d) Each school shall pay a sewer rental fee of $5.55 <br />per monthly period for each one hundred (100) <br />18 <br />average daily attendance or part thereof per month, <br />computed on the previous 12 months attendance. <br />19 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that effective date of this Resolution <br />20 <br />shall be the 7th day of July 1976, on which date the changes for the <br />21 <br />service mentioned herein shall commence. <br />22197 <br />PASSED, -ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 6th day of _ July , <br />23 <br />24 <br />BELT <br />25 ABE E. <br />Mayor <br />26 <br />27 <br />ATTEST <br />28 City' Clerk' <br />2 <br />30 _ <br />33 <br />32 <br />
