1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14' <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21' <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />29 <br />30 <br />31 <br />32 <br />RESOLUTION Xo. 3613 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON EXPRESSING INTENT TO MAKE <br />EMPLOYEE BENEFITS EFFECTIVE JULY 1 1976. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is presently considering and study- <br />ing the budgetary requirements for the operation of the City for the <br />fiscal year 1976-77, and <br />WHEREAS, there is uncertainty whether said budget will be accept- <br />ed and adopted by the City Council prior to the end of the present fiscal <br />year, i.e. June 30, 1976, and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to make any pro- <br />visions and determination concerning wages, hours, working conditions and <br />other emoluments of the salaried and paid employees of the City of Colton <br />effective July 1, 1976, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br />of Colton as follows: <br />In the event the budgetary requirements for the salaried and <br />paid employees of the City of Colton shall not be adopted and effective <br />on or before July 1, 1976, for the fiscal year 1976-77, the City Council <br />hereby finds and expresses its intent to make any determination of wages, <br />hours, working conditions, and any other emoluments for such employees <br />effective July 1, 1976. <br />PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 30th day of June, 1976. <br />ATTEST; <br />HELEN A.
