1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />29 <br />30 <br />31 <br />32 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3616 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF COLTON OF THE <br />SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY; STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />AUTHORIZING THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA ASSOCIA- <br />TION OF GOVERNMENTS (SCAG) TO ALLOCATE SB -325 <br />FUNDS TO OMNITRANS FOR TRANSIT SERVICES. <br />WHEREAS, OMNITRANS is providing public transit services <br />in the San Bernardino County. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton share of the cost of the <br />system as reflected in the Budget for the bus routes and services <br />for the current (F.Y. 1976-77) year have been determined to be <br />$108,707. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council <br />of the City of Colton authorizes the Southern California Associa- <br />tion of Governments (SCAG) to assign that amount of the City of <br />Colton allocation of S.B. 325 Funds for the 1976-77 Fiscal Year <br />to OMNITRANS for public transit services within the City of <br />Colton. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the approval of the assign- <br />ment of the funds to OMNITRANS makes OMNITRANS fully responsible <br />land accountable.for such funds. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 6th day of July, <br />1976. <br />ABE E.
