RESOLUTION NO. 3619 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />1 OF COLTON DESIGNATING THE AGENCIES OF THE <br />CITY TO PREPARE CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODES <br />2 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE <br />POLITICAL REFORM ACT OF 1974 AND DIRECTING <br />3 THE PREPARATION OF SUCH CODES. <br />4 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Colton as <br />5 follows: <br />6 SECTION 1. The following agencies of the City are hereby <br />7 designated to prepare and adopt a Conflict of Interest Code in accordance <br />8 with the provisions of the Political Reform Act of 1974: <br />9 City Council <br />10 City Treasurer <br />11 Office of the City Manager <br />12 Office of the City Attorney <br />13 Office of the City Clerk <br />14 Each City Department <br />15 Planning Commission <br />16 Cemetery Commission <br />17 Civil Service Commission <br />18 Housing Advisory and Appeals Board <br />19 Library Board of Trustees <br />20 Recreation and Parks Commission <br />21 Redevelopment Agency <br />22 SECTION 2. The above designated agencies, with the exception of <br />23 the City Counci 1, are directed to prepare a proposed Conflict of Interest <br />24 Code and submit it to the City Council no later than October 30, 1976. <br />25 SECTION 3. The City Council shall prepare and adopt a Conflict <br />26 of Interest Code and submit it to the Fair Political Practices Commission <br />27 no later than September 10, 1976. <br />28 SECTION 4. The City Clerk is hereby directed to furnish to the <br />29 above designated agencies the "Model Conflict of Interest" materials received <br />30 from the League of California Cities dated .Mardi .22,; 1976 inc1ud°ng'the-- <br />31 Model Conflict of Interest Code. <br />32 <br />
