<br />A -RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
<br />3 OF .COLTON, FIXING THE 1976-77 TAX RATE FOR
<br />THE CITY OF COLTON

<br />5 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />6 COLTON, CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS:

<br />SECTION ONE; That the amount necessary to be raised
<br />by taxation upon taxable property in the City of Colton as a
<br />10 revenue to carry on the, various departments of said City for the
<br />11 current year 1976-77 and to pay the bonded indebtedness of said
<br />12 City and the expense of collecting such amount basing said rate
<br />13 upon the total value of the property within said City as hereto -
<br />14 fore reported by the County Auditor of the County of San Bernar
<br />15 dino to the City Council of said City is hereby fixed as follows:

<br />For the City of Colton exclusive of South Colton Annex -
<br />17 ation Districts Nos 5r 7r 8r 9t 10r ll, 12r 13r 16r 17r 18r 19,
<br />18 21, 22, 23, 24, 26, and 27 East Colton 8, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15, 16,
<br />19 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28; West,Colton
<br />20 16, 18, 21, 22, 23, 25, 26,27 and 28; North Colton 5, 6, 7, 8,

<br />and 9, the amount of $1.6139 upon each One Hundred Dollars made
