The license fee for the conduct of Bingo Games regu- <br />lated within the City of Colton shall be the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100) <br />per year, or fraction thereof, due and payable on a'calendar year basis, and <br />further outlined in Section 2. <br />SECTION 2. Upon written application accompanied by the fees <br />prescribed in Section 1, and further explained hereafter, a license will be <br />issued upon payment of Eight Dollars and Thirty-three Cents ($8.33) per month <br />for that portion of the calendar year remaining. Thereafter, commencing <br />January 1 of each calendar year, renewal licenses will be issued on a full <br />year basis only upon total payment of One Hundred Dollars ($100). <br />SECTION 3. All applications for a license for the conduct of <br />Bingo Games, and issuance thereof, shall be pursuant to the provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 1499. <br />PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED this 7th day of September, 1976. <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
