The sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) is hereby fixed as the <br />Bond Amount for the City Clerk. <br />2. The sum of Forty -Five Thousand Dollars ($45,000) is hereby fixed <br />as the Bond Amount for the City Treasurer. <br />3. The City Clerk and City Treasurer shall execute said Bonds to <br />the City pursuant to.Section 2.12.040 of the Colton Municipal Code. <br />PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED this 7th day of September,.1976. <br />ATTEST: <br />.
