RESOLUTION NO 3646 <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL ADOPTING A <br />MAP SHOWING THE GENERAL NATURE, LOCATION <br />AND EXTENT OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN <br />PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT WORK AND SHOWING THE <br />PROPOSED BOUNDARIES OF THE DISTRICT TO BE <br />ASSESSED FOR CERTAIN COSTS AND EXPENSES OF <br />SAID IMPROVEMENT. <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1976-1 <br />(COOLEY DRIVE) <br />WHEREAS, there has been.received andpresenteda map_showing <br />the general nature, -location and extent of the proposed improvement <br />work and also designating and describing the boundaries of the area <br />proposed to be assessed in an assessment district undertheprovi <br />signs and authority of the "Municipal Improvement Act of 1913", be- <br />ing Division 12.of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of <br />California, in what is known and designated as <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1976-1 <br />(COOLEY DRIVE) <br />(hereinafter referred to as the "Assessment District"). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF COLTON, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. The above recitals are all true and correct. <br />SECTION 2. That a map of the Assessment District showing <br />the general nature, location and extent of the proposed public <br />improvement work and also showing and describing the boundaries <br />of the proposed Assessment District and lands .and property to be <br />specifically assessed to pay all the costs and expenses of the <br />proposed improvements designated as <br />PROPOSED BOUNDARIES OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1976-1 <br />(COOLEY DRIVE) <br />is hereby submitted, and the same is hereby approved and adopted. <br />SECTION 3. The original map of said proposed_ boundaries_ _ <br />of the Assessment District, and one copy thereof <br />,:s to be filed in the ' <br />Office of the City Clerk and a copy thereof in th.e Office of the <br />designated Superintendent of Streets. <br />SECTION 4. The City Clerk is directed to endorse on <br />the original and on at least one copy of the map of the Assess- <br />ment District as herein referred to, a certificate evidencing <br />the date and adoption of this Resolution, and is further directed <br />to file the original of such in their office and within fifteen <br />(15) days after the adoption of the Resolution fixing the time and <br />place of the hearing on the formation or extent of said Assess- <br />ment District, a copy of said map shall be filed with the correct <br />and -proper endorsements thereon with the County Recorder, all in <br />the manner and form provided for in Section 3111.of the Streets <br />and Highways Code of the State of California. <br />
