RESOLUTION NO 3646 CITY OF COLTON RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL ADOPTING A MAP SHOWING THE GENERAL NATURE, LOCATION AND EXTENT OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT WORK AND SHOWING THE PROPOSED BOUNDARIES OF THE DISTRICT TO BE ASSESSED FOR CERTAIN COSTS AND EXPENSES OF SAID IMPROVEMENT. ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1976-1 (COOLEY DRIVE) WHEREAS, there has been.received andpresenteda map_showing the general nature, -location and extent of the proposed improvement work and also designating and describing the boundaries of the area proposed to be assessed in an assessment district undertheprovi signs and authority of the "Municipal Improvement Act of 1913", be- ing Division 12.of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, in what is known and designated as ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1976-1 (COOLEY DRIVE) (hereinafter referred to as the "Assessment District"). NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The above recitals are all true and correct. SECTION 2. That a map of the Assessment District showing the general nature, location and extent of the proposed public improvement work and also showing and describing the boundaries of the proposed Assessment District and lands .and property to be specifically assessed to pay all the costs and expenses of the proposed improvements designated as PROPOSED BOUNDARIES OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1976-1 (COOLEY DRIVE) is hereby submitted, and the same is hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The original map of said proposed_ boundaries_ _ of the Assessment District, and one copy thereof ,:s to be filed in the ' Office of the City Clerk and a copy thereof in th.e Office of the designated Superintendent of Streets. SECTION 4. The City Clerk is directed to endorse on the original and on at least one copy of the map of the Assess- ment District as herein referred to, a certificate evidencing the date and adoption of this Resolution, and is further directed to file the original of such in their office and within fifteen (15) days after the adoption of the Resolution fixing the time and place of the hearing on the formation or extent of said Assess- ment District, a copy of said map shall be filed with the correct and -proper endorsements thereon with the County Recorder, all in the manner and form provided for in Section 3111.of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California.
