1 RESOLTUION NO. 3647 <br />2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />DESIGNATING THE COMMUNITY CITIZENS' ADVISORY COMMISSION <br />3 AS AN AGENCY REQUIRED TO PREPARE A CONFLICT OF INTEREST <br />CODE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE POLITICAL <br />4 REFORM ACT OF 1974 AND DIRECTING THE PREPARATION OF <br />5 SUCH CODE. <br />6 BE IT SOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS: <br />7 SECTION I. The Community Citizens' Advisory Commission in conjunction <br />8 with the Community Development Projects Coordinator, is hereby designated to <br />9 <br />prepare and adapt.a Conflict of Interest Code in accordance with the provisions <br />10 of the Political Reform Act of 1974. <br />11 SECTTON.Z• The Community Citizens' Advisory Commission is directed to <br />12 prepare a proposed Conflict of Interest Code and submit it to the City Council <br />13 no later than December 1, 1976. <br />14 SECTION 3.
