SECTION 4.1 That the terms and conditions for bidding on <br />the works of improvements for this Assessment District are hereby <br />approved and adopted by this City Council, attached hereto, refer- <br />enced and so incorporated and, further, identified as follows: <br />NOTICE.INVITING SEALEDPROPOSALS <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT N0. 1976-1 <br />(COOLEY DRIVE) <br />SECTION 5. That the City Council hereby finds and <br />determines that in the event that the contractor, contracting <br />owners included, does not complete the work within the limit <br />specified in the contract, or within such further time as the <br />legislative body shall authorize, the contractor or contracting <br />owners,as the case may be, shall pay as liquidated damages, <br />the amount of $100.00 per day.
