WORKS OF IMPROVEMENT <br />The construction of certain street improvements, storm <br />drains, sanitary sewers, water mains, underground electrical <br />facilities, landscaping., landscape irrgation system together <br />with appurtenances and appurtenant work in conjunction <br />therewith to serve property in the City of Colton, specifically. <br />known as Parcel Map No. 3140, Lots'l, 2, and 3; and Parcel <br />Map No. 3110, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 7 all within the bound- <br />aries of the City of Colton, known and designated as <br />Assessment District No. 1976-1 <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />All of the above work is to be done under contract in <br />accordance with those certain plans, -specifications and <br />drawings contained in a "report" contemplated by Resolution <br />o_f_Intention No.. 366.1 -,,considered and approved on the <br />18th day of JANUARY—., 1977 ' , ' and other contract <br />documents duly adopted and approved., to which "Report" and <br />documents, reference is hereby made for a_descripton of <br />said work ;and improvement. <br />PROPOSALS <br />Proposals must be submitted on the blank forms pre- <br />pared and furnished for the purpose and which may be ob- <br />tained at the office of the City Clerk and City Engineer. <br />At said office, bidders may obtain copies of the plans, <br />profiles, and specifications for the contemplated improvement. <br />ate rn <br />The Contractor will be required to furnish with the <br />contract, a Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of <br />One Hundred Percent of the aggregate amount of the bid, <br />and a Labor and Material Bond in the amount of One Hundred <br />Percent. The contractor will also furnish certificates of <br />insurance evidencing that all insurance coverage has been <br />secured, as required by the Specifications. <br />
