WORKS OF IMPROVEMENT The construction of certain street improvements, storm drains, sanitary sewers, water mains, underground electrical facilities, landscaping., landscape irrgation system together with appurtenances and appurtenant work in conjunction therewith to serve property in the City of Colton, specifically. known as Parcel Map No. 3140, Lots'l, 2, and 3; and Parcel Map No. 3110, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 7 all within the bound- aries of the City of Colton, known and designated as Assessment District No. 1976-1 PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS All of the above work is to be done under contract in accordance with those certain plans, -specifications and drawings contained in a "report" contemplated by Resolution o_f_Intention No.. 366.1 -,,considered and approved on the 18th day of JANUARY—., 1977 ' , ' and other contract documents duly adopted and approved., to which "Report" and documents, reference is hereby made for a_descripton of said work ;and improvement. PROPOSALS Proposals must be submitted on the blank forms pre- pared and furnished for the purpose and which may be ob- tained at the office of the City Clerk and City Engineer. At said office, bidders may obtain copies of the plans, profiles, and specifications for the contemplated improvement. ate rn The Contractor will be required to furnish with the contract, a Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of One Hundred Percent of the aggregate amount of the bid, and a Labor and Material Bond in the amount of One Hundred Percent. The contractor will also furnish certificates of insurance evidencing that all insurance coverage has been secured, as required by the Specifications.
