CONTRACTURAL'DOCUMENTS <br />Contractural Documents, including drawings, and <br />spe6ifications, may be examined at the following office: <br />City of. Colton <br />Department of Community Services <br />650 North•La Cade.na Drive <br />Colton, .CA 92324 <br />Copies of the Contractual Documents may be obtained from <br />the CITY OF COLTON, DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY SERVICES. A <br />twenty dollar ($20.00) fee is required for.each set of <br />Contractual Documents. The fee will be refunded upon re- <br />turning such set in good condition within fourteen days from <br />the date of receiving bids. The Contractural Documents will <br />be mailed, upon request, with a.three dollar and fifty cents <br />($3°50) nonrefundable mailing charge for each set requested <br />to be mailed. <br />AWARD AND EXECUTION <br />Any award of contract will be made subject to the <br />receipt of monies and proceeds from issurance and sale of <br />bonds. <br />The Contractor shall execute the contract within <br />ten (10) days after he has been notified in writing to <br />proceed, and shall commence construction within ten (10) <br />days after contract execution and shall. complete all the <br />work and improvements within sixty (60) calendar days after <br />execution. <br />The City Council hereby reserves the right to reject <br />any and all proposals, to waive any -irregularity, and to <br />award the contract to other than the lowest bidder.
