In the event the <br />petitioner is dissatisfied with the action of the City <br />Council, he shall within ten (10) days after notice of <br />such action file his written appeal with the City Clerk <br />asking for a hearing before the City Council at its next <br />regular meeting. The City Council shall thereupon set the <br />matter for public hearing on said petition and appeal to be <br />heard not less than thirty (30) days nor more than sixty <br />(60) days after being so notified of said appeal. Notice <br />of the action of the City Council on the recommendation <br />of the Chief of Police may be in person to petitioner or <br />his duly authorized agent at a meeting of the City Council <br />or by mail sent to the address of the petitioner as shown <br />on his petition. At the time of the public hearing the <br />City Council may approve, disapprove, or deny on condition <br />petitioners application. <br />D. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, no permit <br />issued hereunder shall be effective until and unless the <br />aplicant shall pay all business license fees and comply <br />with all other rules, zegulations, statutes, resolutions <br />and ordinances appertaining thereto. <br />Section IV. Display of permits, Suspension and Appeal <br />A. There shall be displayed in the passenger compartment of each <br />vehicle covered under the provisions of this resolution in <br />full view of the passenger, a card, to be furnished by the <br />Chief of Police for a fee of ten dollars ($10.00), not less <br />than: 449 x 6" in size which shall have plainly printedthereon: <br />.the: City designated number of:the_vehiele, the name of the <br />owner acid licensee, the business address and telephone number <br />
