2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20' <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />RE -SOLUTION NO. 3696 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, ENACTING <br />GUIDELINES IN'BEHALF OF THE CITY <br />PURSUANT TO THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRON- <br />MENTAL QUALITY ACT <br />WHEREAS, the California Legislature has amended the <br />California Environmental Quality Act2 and the California <br />Resources Agency has promulgated amended State Guidelines <br />for implementation of the Act; and <br />WHEREAS, the City must implement the provisions of <br />that Act pursuant to California Public Resources Code Section <br />21082, in order to enhance and protect the environment; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council <br />of the City of Colton, California, hereby adopts "Procedures, <br />Objectives, and Criteria for Implementing the California <br />Environmental Quality Act as Amended" dated May, 1977, a copy <br />of which is on file with the City Clerk, and available for <br />inspection by the public. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of May, <br />1977. <br />ATTEST: <br />A�c ar. <br />HELEN A.
