BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON: WHEREAS, preliminary proceedings for annexation of certain described territory to the City of Colton were initiated when the property owner filed a resolution of application with the Local Agency Formation Commission in the County of San Bernardino pursuant to the provisions of the District Reorgani- zation Act; and I 1 WHEREAS, thereafter appropriate proceedings were conducted by th Local Agency Formation Commission and on July 13, 1977, the Commission a e a resolution being Resolution No. 1303 a adopted 9 g approving the proposed annexation, subject to the following conditions: I. The conducting agency shall not make any changes in the boundaries hereby approved nor shall it impose any new.conditions or modify hereby imposed unless and until it receives any conditions the approval of the Local Agency Formation Commission for such changes, modifications, or conditions, to the procedures prescribed by Section 56275 of the Government Code. 2.
