Certifies that said agency understands the assurances in the <br />application and certifies it will comply with the regula- <br />tions, policies, guidelines, and requirements as they relate <br />to the application. <br />3. Certifies the two projects to be funded will be available <br />for use as senior centers for a period of at least five <br />years. <br />4. Assures said agency shall request and authorize the Steel- <br />workers Old Timers Foundation to operate a senior nutrition <br />program at the two projects. <br />5. Certifies that said agency has non-federal matching funds in <br />the amount of $2,610 to finance twenty-five percent (2.5/) <br />of the project cost. <br />6.
