PROPOSED ANNEXATION CITY OF COLTON July 13, 1977 Being a portion of Lot 34, Orange Land and Water Company Addition to the City of Colton, in the City of Colton, County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per plat recorded in Book 11 of Maps, Page 9, records of said County, more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the centerline intersection of Stevenson Street (66.00 feet wide) and Grand Avenue (60.00 feet wide), said point of intersection being in the existing boundary line of.,the City of Colton; thence Easterly along the centerline of Stevenson Street and said existing City boundary a distance of 480.06 feet to the East line of said Lot 34; thence leaving said existing City boundary, Southerly, along skid East line of said Lot 34 a distance of 633.7 feet more or less to the centerline of Olive Street (66.00 feet wide); thence Westerly along said centerline of Olive Street a distance of 480.06 feet to the. centerline of aforementioned Grand Avenue; thence North 4°25115" East along said centerline of Grand Ave- nue a distance of 213.00 feet to an -intersection with the Westerly prolongation of the South line of that parcel of land 'described in that deed recorded June 27, 1977, as Instrument No. 254; thence South 85°52100" East along said Westerly prolongation and along the South line of said parcel a distance of 147.27 feet to the Southeast corner of said parcel; thence North 12°01100" East along the East line of said parcel a distance of 58.47 feet; thence continuing along said East line North 4°25115" East a distance of 65.09 feet to the North line of said parcel; thence North 85152'00" West along said North line and its Westerly prolongation a distance of 155.00 feet to the center- line of aforementioned Grand Avenue; thence North 4125115" East along said centerline a distance of 297.84 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. raj
