BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Colton as follows: SECTION 1. Effective forthwith, companion burials shall be per- mitted at Hermosa Cemetery and the regulations and charges applicable thereto shall be as follows: A. The area for companion burials shall be only the Northeast section, known as Section 4, of Block 7. B. Burial charges shall be as follows: First Opening and Closing Second Opening and Closing Burial Space Saddle Device $220.00 145.00 345.00 20.00 SECTION 2. Effective the first day of January, 1978, the follow- ing schedule of rates for grave plots and burial charges for Hermosa Cemetery shall be in full force and effect. Adult burial plots in the central portion of Block 5, lying within a radius of 122.14 feet of the center point of Lot 259 and all of Block 7 shall be in the amount of - $340.00 Adult burial plots in all of Block 2, all of Block 3, except Lots 41 through 44, and all of Block 5, except that portion previously described above shall be in the amount of - $275.00 Adult burial plots in Block 1, shall be in the amount of - Child burial plots shall be in the amount of - (Maximum age for such plots shall be 12 years) Baby and Ash burial plots shall be in the amount of - Adult Burial Charge (opening and closing) - Saturday and Holiday Burial Charge (Adult) - Child Burial Charge (opening and closing) - $210.00 $135.00 $ 55.00 $145.00 +$100.00 $100.00
