s V 3 �- RESOLUTION NO. 3761 j RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING ITS INTEN- TION TO ORDER THE ABANDONMENT OF A PORTION OF LA CADENA DRIVE OUTER HIGHWAY WEST. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS 15 FOLLOWS: 7 SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Colton does hereby declare its intention to order the abandonment of a portion of La Cadena 9 Drive Outer Highway West per Tract No. 3371 as recorded in Book 65 of Maps, 10I Page 13, Official Records of San Bernardino County, described as follows: la Parcel 1: All that portion of said La Cadena Drive Outer High- way West being 60.00 feet in width and lying North - 3 -2 easterly of the Northerly right-of-way line of Maryknoll Drive as projected in a straight line, :L3 bearing of said Northerly right-of-way line being South 600 48' East, to its intersection with the 14 Westerly right-of-way line of La Cadena Drive (California State Highway No. 43) as shown on said �I Tract No. 3371. 3 6 Parcel 2: All that portion of said La Cadena Drive Outer High- way West being 60.00 feet in width and lying South - 17 westerly of the Southerly right-of-way line of Mary - knoll Drive as projected in a straight line, bearing of said line being South 600 48' East, to its inter- section with the Westerly right-of-way line of La 3.9; Cadena Drive (California State Highway No. 43)as shown on said`Tract No. 3371.' 20 For further particulars as to the proposed abandonment, reference is hereby i 23-+ made to the map on file in the Office of the City Clerk of Colton, California. 2 SECTION 2.
