WJML:NJR:vm 1/20/78 RESOLUTION NO. 3767 A RESOLUTION DIRECTING MAKING OF AMENDED ASSESSMENT RE CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS UNDER RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 3167 COOLEY RANCH SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT ASSESSMENT NOS. 30A4 AND 31B4 RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Colton, San Bernardino County, California, that WHEREAS, an'assessment and diagram were made .and filed with the City Clerk of said City all pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 3167, adopted by the City Council of said City on. November 16, 1971, and the provisions of the Municipal Improve- ment Act of 1913, and said assessment was confirmed by said Council on April 4, 1972, and recorded in the office of the Superintendent of Streets of said City and in the office of the County Surveyor of said County; and. WHEREAS, certain lots or parcels of land upon which there are unpaid assessments against which bonds have been issued under the Improvement Bond Act of. 1915, have been divided so that they no longer conform to the original parcel boundaries as shown on said assessment; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that: 1. Currie Engineering Company shall cause to be prepared and filed with the.City Clerk a report and amended assessment and diagram of the lots or parcels so divided, said parcel being designated Assessment Nos 30A4 and 31B4. 2. That the unpaid installments of said original assess- ment shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the benefits to the several parts of the original lot or parcel and the total amount of the assessments of the several portions of the original lot or parcel shall be equal to the unpaid assess - Ment upon said original lot or parcel of land. 3. That Tuesday, the 7th day of March, 1978, at the hour of 7:30 p.m., at the regular meeting place of said Council,
