Minimum charge will be doubled <br />for bi-monthly billing. <br />SPECIAL CONDITION <br />The rates above are subject to adjustment as provided for in <br />schedule F.C.A.. The applicable fuel cost adjustment billing factor <br />set forth therein will,be applied to all kwhr billed under this <br />schedule. <br />
