RESOLUTION NO. 3769 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON ESTABLISHING A LICENSE <br />FEE FOR THE CONDUCT OF BINGO GAMES AND <br />4 REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 3637. <br />5 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS <br />6 IFOLLOWS: <br />7 SECTION 1. The license fee for the conduct of Bingo Games regu- <br />81 lated within the City of Colton shall be the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50) per year <br />9 lor a fraction thereof. <br />10 SECTION 2. The fee for a new applicant shall be pro -rated for <br />3.1 the portion of the year remaining at the time of application for the license. <br />12 Thereafter, commencing January I of each calendar year, renewal licenses will be <br />3.3 jissued on a full year basis only and upon payment of Fifty Dollars ($50). <br />14-1 SECTION 3. Upon a new application being denied, one-half of the <br />15 Ifee shall be retained to defray the cost of processing said application and the <br />16 'other half shall be refunded to the applicant. All applications for a license <br />17forthe conduct of Bingo Games and the issuance thereof shall be pursuant to <br />18 the provisions of Ordinance No. 1499, as amended. <br />19T SECTION 4.
