R 81, 10 11 12 13 - RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE ABAN- DONMENT OF A PORTION OF LA CADENA DRIVE OUTER HIGHWAY WEST. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Colton having elected to proceed under the provisions of Section 8300 et seq. of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, and having held a public hearing as provided therein, hereby finds from all the evidences submitted that the por- i I tion of La Cadena Drive Outer Highway West per Tract No. 3371 as recorded in Book 65 of Maps, Page 18, Official Records of San Bernardino County, described as follows: 14 Parcel 1: All that portion of said La Cadena Drive Outer High - way West being 60.00 feet in width and lying North- 3.5 easterly of the Northerly right-of-way line of Mary - knoll Drive as projected in a straight line, bearing 2-6 of said Northerly right-of-way line being South 600 48' East, to its intersection with the Westerly right- of-way line of La Cadena Drive (California State High- way No. 43) as shown on said Tract No. 3371. :18 Parcel 2: All that portion of said La Cadena Drive Outer High - 1.9 way West being 60.00 feet in width and lying South- westerly of the Southerly right-of-way line of Mary - 20 knoll Drive as projected in a straight line, bearing of said line being South 600 4,8' East, to its inter - 2 1 section with the Westerly right-of-way line of La Cadenar D ive.(California State Highway No. 43) as 22 shown on said Tract No. 3371. 23 is unnecessary for present or prospective public street purposes i and the public interest and convenience requires the closing of said street. 24 i 25 SECTION 2.
