NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1 That the above recitals are all true and correct. <br />SECTION 2. That all proceedings relating to ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br />NO. 77-1 (COOLEY DRIVE, PHASE II) are hereby rescinded <br />and by this action this City Council hereby specifi- <br />cally rescinds the following designated Resolutions: <br />a. Resolution No. 3751 <br />b. Resolution No.. 3752 <br />C. Resolution No. 3753 <br />d. Resolution No. 3754 <br />SECTION 3. That this City Council hereby declares that all works <br />of improvement, as previously contemplated in ASSESS- <br />MENT DISTRICT NO. 77-1 shall be consolidated and hand- <br />led. in a single proceeding pursuant to the terms and <br />provisions of the "Municipal Improvement Act of 191311, <br />being Division 12 of the Streets and Highways Code of <br />the State of California, in a special assessment dist- <br />rict combining with other improvements in what now <br />will be known and designated as <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 78-1 <br />SECTION 4.
