RESOLUTION NO. 3775 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL ADOPTING A <br />MAP SHOWING THE GENERAL NATURE, LOCATION <br />AND EXTENT, OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN <br />PUBLIC WORKS OF IMPROVEMENT AND SHOWING <br />THE PROPOSED BOUNDARIES OF THE ASSESSMENT <br />DISTRICT TO BE ASSESSED FOR CERTAIN COSTS <br />AND EXPENSES OF SAID IMPROVEMENT. <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />WHEREAS, there has been received and presented, a map showing the <br />general nature, location and extent of the proposed improvement <br />work,,and also designating and describing the boundaries of the <br />area proposed to be assessed in an assessment district under the <br />provisions and authority of the "Municipal Improvement Act of <br />1913", being Division 12 of the Streets and Highways Code of the <br />State of California, said assessment district is known and desig- <br />nated as <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 78-1 <br />(hereinafter referred to as the "Assessment District"). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />k CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. That the above recitals are all true and correct. <br />SECTION 2. That a map of the Assessment District showing the <br />general nature, location, and extent of the pro- <br />posed public improvement work, and also showing <br />and describing the boundaries of the, proposed <br />Assessment District and lands and property to be <br />specifically assessed to pay all the costs and <br />expenses of the proposed improvements designated <br />as PROPOSED BOUNDARIES OF <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 78-1 <br />is hereby submitted, and the same is hereby app- <br />roved and adopted. <br />SECTION 3. That the original map of said proposed boundaries <br />of the Assessment District,.and one copy thereof, <br />is to be filed in the Office of the City Clerk, <br />and a copy thereof in the Office of the designated <br />Superintendent of Streets. <br />SECTION 4. That the City Clerk is directed <br />to endorse on the <br />original and on at least one copy of the map of <br />the Assessment District as herein referred to, a <br />certificate evidencing the date and adoption of <br />this Resolution, and is further directed to file <br />�._ <br />
