l RESOLUTION NO. 3776 <br />2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON, COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO, <br />3 STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE <br />SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA_ ASSOCIATION OF GOVERN - <br />4 MENTS (SCAG) TO ALLOCATE SB -325 FUNDS TO <br />OMNITRANS FOR ADDITIONAL ACCESSIBLE TRANS- <br />IT SERVICE. <br />6 WHEREAS, OMNITRANS is providing public transit services in the <br />7 San Bernardino County; and <br />8 WHEREAS, the City of Colton's share of the Settlement Agreement - <br />911 Hambrick, k, et al., vs. California Business and Transportation Agency, et al. has <br />!s <br />10 11 been determined to be $453.00; and <br />11 WHEREAS, the City of Colton's all <br />ocatian of SB -325 funds has <br />121! been determined to be $190,569.00. <br />13 i� <br />i NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City <br />3.4 i of Colton authorizes the Southern California Association of Governments (SLAG) <br />15 to assign $453.00 of SB -325 funds for the 1977-78 Fiscal Year to OMNITRAPIS for <br />6_� additional accessible transit service for the Cit of <br />City Colton. <br />1 7'j BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the approval of assignment of the <br />3.8 funds to OMNITRANS makes OMNITRANS <br />fully .responsible and accountable for such <br />19 { funds. <br />20 <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 21st day of February, 1978. <br />i <br />21 <br />i <br />22 <br />_a4=�23 ABE E.
