<br />RESOLUTION NO. 3781
<br />A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AMENDED ASSESSMENT
<br />COOLEY RANCH SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
<br />ASSESSMENT NOS. 30A4 and 31B4
<br />RESOLVED, by the City Council; of the City of Colton,; San Bernar-
<br />dino County,- California, that
<br />WHEREAS, said Council did on the 7th day o.f.February, 1978,
<br />adopt its resolution ordering Currie Engineering Company to make
<br />and file with said Council an amended assessment of all parcels
<br />of property the former assessment on which, under Resolution.of
<br />Intention No. 3167 adopted by said Council on November 16, 1971,
<br />are designated upon the original assessment and diagram and con-
<br />firmed.by said Council on April 4, 1972, and recorded in the office
<br />of the County Surveyor of said County, as Diagram and Assessment
<br />Nos. 30A4 and 31B4;
<br />WHEREAS, Currie Engineering Company did, on the 7th day of
<br />February,.1978, pursuant to resolution ordering same, file with
<br />the City Clerk an amended assessment and diagram;
<br />WHEREAS, said.`Council fixed Tuesday, the 7th day of March,
<br />19789 as the time for hearing said amended assessment and caused
<br />notice of said; hearing to be published twice in the Colton Courier,
<br />the first publication being fifteen (15) days before said hearing,
<br />as appears from the affidavit on file in the office of the city
<br />Clerk of said City; and
<br />WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said: hearing, no
<br />protests or objections were made or presented to the proposed
<br />amended assessment, and all matters and things pertaining to said
<br />amended assessment were duly heard and considered by said Council;
