Approval is granted to.the conducting agency to proceed without notice, hearing or election, as provided in Government Code Section 35221, with 100% consent of the property owners of uninhabited territory. 6. Immediately upon annexation, the City shall detach the area from County Service Area No. 38 and Improvement Zone G of County Service Area No. 38, and County Service Area No. 7D and Improvement Zone A of 'County Service Area No. 70 without split of assets or liabilities. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton does hereby approve the annexation of the territory hereinafter described to the City of Colton and does hereby further resolve that said territory be and is hereby annexed to the City of Colton; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Colton declares the hereinafter described territory withdrawn from County Service Area No. 38 and Improvement Zone G of County Service Area No. 38, and County Service Area No. 70 and Improvement Zone A of County Service Area No. 70. That said territory, the annexation of which to the. City of Colton is herein approved, is all that territory situate in the County of San Bernardino, State of California, more particularly described in Exhibit A attached. That the regular County assessment roll will be used for tax purposes. That the affected property will not be taxed for any existing bonded indebtedness and/or contractural obligations. That -the City Clerk is directed to certify to the passage of this Resolution, to file a copy of said Resolution with the Executive Officer
