1, RESOLUTION NO. 3794 2 A RESOLUTION DIRECTING MAKING OF AMENDED ASSESSMENT REGARDING CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS 3 UNDER RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 3167 4 COOLEY RANCH SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT ASSESSMENT iIOS. 13A2, 14A, 15A, 15C8 5 16B AND 16D. 6 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY. COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, 7 CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS an assessment and diagram were made and filed with the $ 9 9 City Clerk of said City all pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 3167, 10 adopted by the City Council of said City on November 16, 1971, and the provi lT sions of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, and said assessment was con- 12 firmed by said City Council on April 4, 1972, and recorded 'in the Office of the 13 Superintendent of Streets of said City and in the Office of the County Surveyor 14 of said County; and 15 WHEREAS, certain lots or parcels of land upon which there are 16 unpaid assessments against which bonds have been issued under the Improvement 17 Bond Actof 1915, have been divided so that they no longer conform to the 18 original parcel boundaries as shown on said assessment. 19 NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE 20 CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, that: 21 1. Currie Engineering Company shall cause to be prepared and 22 filed with the City Clerk a report and amended assessment and diagram of the 23 lots or parcels so divided, said parcel being designated Assessment Nos. 13A2, 24 14A, 15A, 15C8, 16B and 16D. 25 2. That the unpaid installments of said original assessment 26 shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the benefits to the 27 several parts of the original lot or parcel and the total amount of the assess- 28 ments of the several protions of the original lot or parcelshall be equal to the unpaid assessment upon said original lot or parcel of land.
