1, <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3794 <br />2 A RESOLUTION DIRECTING MAKING OF AMENDED <br />ASSESSMENT REGARDING CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS <br />3 UNDER RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 3167 <br />4 COOLEY RANCH SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br />ASSESSMENT iIOS. 13A2, 14A, 15A, 15C8 <br />5 16B AND 16D. <br />6 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY. COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />7 CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />WHEREAS an assessment and diagram were made and filed with the <br />$ 9 <br />9 City Clerk of said City all pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 3167, <br />10 adopted by the City Council of said City on November 16, 1971, and the provi <br />lT <br />sions of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, and said assessment was con- <br />12 firmed by said City Council on April 4, 1972, and recorded 'in the Office of the <br />13 Superintendent of Streets of said City and in the Office of the County Surveyor <br />14 <br />of said County; and <br />15 WHEREAS, certain lots or parcels of land upon which there are <br />16 unpaid assessments against which bonds have been issued under the Improvement <br />17 Bond Actof 1915, have been divided so that they no longer conform to the <br />18 original parcel boundaries as shown on said assessment. <br />19 NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />20 CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, that: <br />21 1. Currie Engineering Company shall cause to be prepared and <br />22 filed with the City Clerk a report and amended assessment and diagram of the <br />23 lots or parcels so divided, said parcel being designated Assessment Nos. 13A2, <br />24 14A, 15A, 15C8, 16B and 16D. <br />25 2. That the unpaid installments of said original assessment <br />26 shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the benefits to the <br />27 several parts of the original lot or parcel and the total amount of the assess- <br />28 ments of the several protions of the original lot or parcelshall be equal to <br />the unpaid assessment upon said original lot or parcel of land. <br />
