SECTION 5. That STONE & YOUNGBERG MUNICIPAL FINANCING CONSULTANTS <br />is hereby appointed as Financial Consultants for pur- <br />poses of preparation of the bond prospectus and all <br />matters relating to the -sale of bonds for said pro- <br />ceedings, including mailing copies of the Notice of <br />Sale and Official Statement to prospective bond <br />bidders, said bonds to be issued pursuant to the pro- <br />visions of the "Improvement Act of 1911", being Divi- <br />sion 7 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State <br />of California.. <br />SECTION 6.
