That the City Council of the City of Colton does <br />hereby declare its intention to order the abandonment of -a portion of Rosedale <br />Avenue, north of Litton Avenue, per Rosedale Tract as recorded in Book 12 of <br />Maps, Page 41, Official Records of San Bernardino County, described as follows: <br />All that portion of Rosedale Avenue, a street sixty <br />(60) feet wide, lying northerly of the north right- <br />of-way line of Litton Avenue, as shown on said <br />Rosedale Tract. <br />For further particulars as to the proposed abandonment, reference is hereby made <br />to the map on file in the Office of the City Clerk of Colton, California. <br />SECTION 2. That the hour of 7:30 p. m:, on the 16th day of May, <br />1978, in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Colton, California, be and the <br />same is hereby fixed as the time and place when and where all persons interested <br />in or objecting to the proposed abandonment may appear before the City Council. <br />SECTION 3. That Daniel H. Burnett, Jr., City Engineer of the <br />City of Colton, is hereby directed to cause "Notice of Street Vacation" to be <br />posted as required by law. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 4th day of April, 1978. <br />F NK A.
