RESOLUTION NO. 3800 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, FIXING AND <br />ESTABLISHING FEES FOR VARIOUS SERVICES <br />PROVIDED BY THE COLTON POLICE DEPART- <br />MENT. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Colton that <br />the following fees are hereby established: <br />_SECTION 1. Fees provided for by Ordinance 1326 as amended by <br />Ordinance 1535, shall be as follows: <br />Male dog license $ 4.00 <br />Female dog license (spayed) 4.00 <br />Female dog license(not spayed) 5:00 <br />Duplicate dog license 1.00 <br />Pound fee (Res. 3618) 8.00 <br />Apprehension fee (Res. 3072) 3.00 (1st apprehend) <br />5.00 (2nd apprehend) <br />Dog pick up (adult) (Res. 3618) 10.00 8.00 (3rd apprehend) <br />Dog <br />ick <br />Cat pick up (Adult) (Res. 3618) 3.00 plus any pound fees <br />Cat pick up (kitten) Res. 3618) 1.00 <br />Dead dog pick up (Res. 3470) 2.00 <br />SECTION 2. Fees provided for by the Health and Safety Code, <br />Section 12007, shall be as follows: <br />Explosives Permit $ 2.00 (100 or less) <br />$10.00 (more than 100) <br />SECTION 3. Fees provided for by the Education Code, Section <br />13588, shall be as follows: <br />Non -certified applicant $ 3.00 plus full BI costs <br />SECTION 4. Fees provided for by the California Vehicle Code, <br />Section 1811, shall be as follows: <br />Traffic Accident Reports $ 2.00 <br />SECTION 5. Fees provided for by the Penal Code, Sections <br />11123, 12054, and 12079, shall be as follows: <br />Examination of Criminal Records $ 3.00 plus full BI costs <br />Initial Weapon or Gas Permit $ 3.00 plus full BI costs <br />Mail order Firearm Registry $ 1.00 <br />SECTION 6. Fees provided for by Ordinances Numbers 800, and 1195, <br />as amended by Ordinance 1535, shall be as follows: <br />Security Officer Investigation $10.00 <br />Solicitors Investigation Fee $10.00 <br />Solicitors Investigation Fee/Religious $10.00 <br />SECTION 7. Miscellaneous fees shall be as follows: <br />Personal Fingerprints $ 3.00 <br />Theft Reports $ 2.00 <br />Visa Letters $ 2.00 <br />Off-duty Police Service $ 6.00 per/man per/hr. <br />Police Photos $ 2.00 <br />Renewal of Weapon or Gas Permit $ 3.00 plus full BI costs <br />SECTION 8. Resolutions 1906, 2993, 3072, 3166, 3313, 3444, 3470, 3492, <br />and 3618 are hereby amended as to fees only. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED, this 20th day of April 1978. <br />ATTEST: FRANK A.
