Vernon Avenue and Cooley Drive, Phase II] <br />CONTRACT "A" <br />PROCEEDINGS <br />The works and improvements hereinafter mentioned are authorized" <br />pursuant to the provisions of the "Municipal Improvement Act of <br />1913", being Division 12 of the Streets and Highways Code of the <br />State of California,. and said project will be financed pursuant - <br />to bonds being issued according to the terms and provisions of <br />the "Improvement Act of 1911", being Division 7 of said Code. <br />WORKS OF IMPROVEMENT <br />CONTRACT "A"; for the construction of certain grading, <br />paving, curbs and gutters, drainage improvements, side- <br />walks, ornamental vegetation, bicycle trails, and street <br />lights in MT. VERNON AVENUE and reconstruction of existing <br />RECHE CANYON CHANNEL in a special assessment district - <br />known as <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 78-1 <br />[MT. VERNON AVENUE AND COOLEY DRIVE, PHASE II] <br />together with appurtenances and all other work as shown <br />on the plans and specifications for this Assessment <br />District. <br />
