BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS WHEREAS, said Council did on the 21st day of March, 1978, adopt lits resolution ordering Currie Engineering Company to make and file with said 911City Council an amended assessment of all parcels of property the former assess - 10 ment on which, under Resolution of Intention No. 3167, adopted by said City 11 Council on November 16,'1971,, are designated upon the original assessment and 12, diagram and confirmed by said Council on April 4, 1972, and recorded in the 13 1Office of the County Surveyor of said County, as Diagram and Assessment Nos. 14 I13A2, 14A, 15A, 15C8, 16B and 16D. 3.5- WHEREAS, Currie Engineering Company did, on the 17th day of 3.66 April, 1978, pursuant to resolution ordering same, file with the City Clerk an 17 amended assessment and diagram; 8 WHEREAS, said City Council fixed Tuesday, the 18th day of April, E 19 !1978, as the time for hearing said amended assessment and caused notice of said 20 (hearing to be published twice in the Colton Courier, the firstpublication being 21 ;fifteen (15) days before said hearing, as appears from the affidavit on file in 22- 23 24 26 26 27 28 the Office of the City Clerk of said City; and WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said hearing, no pro - 'tests or objections were made or presented to the proposed amended assessment, ;and all matters and things pertaining to said amended assessment were duly heard I j and considered by said 'City Council. j NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that said amended assessment and ,diagram filed with the City Clerk of said City pursuant to resolution ordering k
