1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />31- <br />12 <br />13: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3814. <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING. <br />REAL PROPERTY SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING <br />ITS SALE. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS <br />IFOLLOWS: <br />WHEREAS, the City owns Lots 3, 11 and 12 of Block 10, Martin <br />(Tract, in the City of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino; and <br />I. <br />WHEREAS, said property is unimproved, is not dedicated to any <br />public use, is not capable of park or recreation development and is unnecessary <br />for City use; and <br />WHEREAS, said property has been appraised as having an aggregate <br />value of Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ci <br />3.4ty of <br />;Colton as follows: <br />35 <br />:.6 <br />The City Council determines that said property is surplus and <br />!that it is in the best interests of theCity that it be sold. <br />17 <br />The City Manager is authorized to offer said property for sale <br />18 <br />l9 <br />'for Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000), and to incur usual selling expenses, in- <br />icluding, but not limited to, broker's commission, title insurance premium and <br />20 <br />21 <br />escrow fees. <br />22 The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the City, <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />a deed for said property to consumate such sale. <br />i <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd day. of May, 1978. <br />FRANK G Z E <br />ATTEST: Mayor <br />HELEN A.
