Based on the favorable construction bids received for the works Of improvement, and based on the final bids received for the sale of assessment bonds for the Assessment Dist- rict, it is hereby determined and so ordered that the costs of the works of improvement and' incidental expenses should be modified and reduced to the following particulars: ✓ AS PRELIMI- AS NARIL'Y- APPROVED MODIFIED Cost of Construction $ 3, 085, 807. 00 Incidental Costs & Expenses: $ 544,419.00 $ 2,416.611.47 Total Construction -Cost: $ 438,998..53 Contribution: $ 3,630,226.00 $ 2,855,610.00 Balance to Assessment:$ 975,000.00 $ 975,000.00 $ 2,655,266.00 $ 1,850,610.00 The Engineer is hereby ordered to reapportion the costs against the respective properties in -the Assessment District upon the same basis and formula as used originally and the amount to be assessed shall be that as above set forth and as herein revised and modified. II. it is hereby further determined that certain assessment parcels should be modified to reflect the filing of Parcel Map 4422 in the City of Colton, which will tend to effect previously and Preliminarily approved assessments numbered 3 4, and 5. Assessments numbered 3, 4 and 5 are hereby, at this time, de- leted and will not be used, and the property and parcels will be shown as Assessments Nos. 62, 63, 64, 65 and 66. For par® -titulars as to the alignment and location of the new parcels, reference is made to Exhibit "B" attached hereto, referenced and so incorporated. The Engineer is hereby ordered to modify the Assessment Dia- gram and Assessment Roll to reflect the deletion of Parcels 3, 4 and 5, with the addition of Parcels 62 through 66, ;as shown on said Exhibit "B", and is further ordered to reappor- tion the cost for said parcels in the manner and form as pre- liminarily approved and as•the benefits are derived from the works of improvement for said newly created parcels. All bonds to issue for these proceedings shall reflect the newly created Assessments Nos. 62 through 66 if said assessments remain unpaid following the expiration of the cash collection period.
