0915A --48a WMAM:HCM:nmd 45/23/78 6c <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3826 <br />A RESOLUTION DIRECTING MAKING OF AMENDED <br />ASSESSMENT RE CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS UNDER <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 3167 <br />COOLEY RANCH SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br />ASSESSMENT NOS. 27,f28, 29B, 30C, 31B4E,.and 32 <br />RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Colton, San <br />Bernadino County, California, that <br />WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram were made and filed with <br />the City Clerk of said City all pursuant to Resolution of Intention <br />No. 3167, adopted by the City Council of said City on November 16, <br />1971, and the provisions of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, <br />and said assessment was confirmed by said Council on April"4, 1972, <br />and recorded in the office of the Superintendent of Streets of said <br />City and in the office of the County Surveyor of said County; and <br />WHEREAS, certain lots or parcels of land upon which there are <br />unpaid assessments against which bonds have been issued under the <br />Improvement Bond Act of 1915, have been divided so that they no <br />longer conform to the original parcel boundaries as shown on said <br />assessment; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that: <br />1, Currie Engineering Company shall cause to be prepared and <br />filed with the City Clerk a report and amended assessment and <br />diagram of the lots or parcels so divided, said parcel being <br />designated Assessment Nos. 27, 28, 29B, 30C, 31B4E and 32. <br />2. That the unpaid installments of said original assessment <br />shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the benefits <br />to the several parts of the original lot or parcel ::and the total <br />amount of the assessments of the several portions of the original <br />lot or parcel shall be equal to the unpaid assessment upon said <br />original lot or parcel of land, <br />
