That Wednesday, the 5th day of July, 1973, at the hour of <br />7:30 p.m., at, the regular meeting place of said Council, Council <br />Chambers, City Hall, Colton, California, be, and the same are <br />hereby, fixed as the time and place for hearing said amended <br />assessment before said Council. <br />4.
