Vernon Avenue to its intersection <br />with the easterly prolongation of the south right- <br />of-way line of Cooley Lane as shown on said Record <br />of Survey, recorded July 23, 1974. <br />as such described area is hereby established as underground utility district, <br />Mt. Vernon Avenue. <br />RESOLVED, FURTHER, that all poles, overhead wires and associated <br />overhead structures shall be removed and underground installations made in said <br />underground utility district within the following times: <br />A. Underground installations and reconnections by utility <br />companies not later than December 31, 1978, and underground installation and <br />reconnection by property owner not later than 15 days after utility company <br />notifies property owner that underground utility service is prepared for their <br />connection. <br />B.
