3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />'10 <br />11:, <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3829 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF COLTON, SAN <br />BERNARDINO COUNTY, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, <br />AUTHORIZING THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA AS- <br />SOCIATION OF GOVERNMENTS (SLAG} TO ALLO- <br />CATE,SB-325 FUNDS TO OMNITRANS FOR TRANS- <br />IT SERVICES AND TO CLAIM SB -325 ROADS <br />AND HIGHWAY FUNDS FOR THE CITY OF COLTON. <br />WHEREAS, OMNITRANS is providing public transit services in the <br />San Bernardino County; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton's share of the cost of the system as <br />reflected in the budget for the bus routes and services for the Fiscal Year <br />July 1, 1978 through June 30, 1979, have been determined to be $148,521.; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton's allocation of SB -325 funds has been <br />12 idetermined to be $294,357. <br />23 1 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City <br />14 of Colton authorizes the Southern CaliforniaAssociation of Governments (SCAG) <br />15 to assign $148,521. of SB -325 funds for the 1978-79 Fiscal Year to OMNITRANS for <br />16.1public transit service within the City of Colton and claims the remainder of <br />- .
