WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton, California, did on March 7, 1978, pass a resolution declaring that certain weeds growing upon lithe streets or sidewalks or upon private property within the City of Colton, to f The a public nuisance and ordered said weeds to be abated by said City; and WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 39567.1 of.the Government Code, State of California, the Cit Clerk of the Cit o i Y y f Colton caused notices of the proposed abatement to be mailed to all the owners of the property shown on the assessment roll of the County of San Bernardino; and WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Streets has caused said weeds, rubbish, refuse or dirt to be removed from said property and the nuisance abated. land has caused a report of the cost of said removal to be filed with the City a Council; and WHEREAS, a copy of said report has been posted in the time and manner required by law and a hearing on this report was set for, the hour of i 17:30 o'clock p.m. on the 5th day of July, 1978, at which time all property owners having an objection to make to said report might be heard concerning the same; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that property owners have not made sufficient protests or objections to said report, or to the cost of abating said nuisance,either in whole or in part; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Colton as follows: 1. That said report of the Street Superintendent be and the same is hereby confirmed and adopted and approved by the said City Council and the cost of abating the said nuisance on each separate lot or parcel of land on
