81 9 IBJ 1 ll 12 33 14 RESOLUTION NO. 3832 RESOLUTION Of THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON CONFIRMING AMENDED ASSESS- MENT COOLEY RANCH SEWER ASSESSMENT DIS- TRICT ASSESSMENT NOS. 27, 28 29B, 30B, 31B4E AND 32. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS !FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, said Council did on the 7th day of June, 1978, adopt its resolution ordering Currie Engineering Company to.make and file with said City Council an amended assessment of all parcels of property the former assessment on which, under, Resolution of Intention No. 3167, adopted by said City Council on November 16, 1971, are designated upon the original assessment and diagram 'and confirmed by said Council on April 4, 1972, and recorded in the Office of the County Surveyor of said County, as Diagram and Assessment Nos. 27, 28, 29B, 30B, 3164E and 32. 5'1 WHEREAS, Currie Engineering Company did, on the 3rddayof July, 16 !1978, pursuant to resolution ordering same, file with the City Clerk an amended 3-7 assessment and diagram; 18 WHEREAS, the City Council fixed Wednesday, the 5th day of July, 1978, as the time for hearing said amended assessment and caused notice of said 20 1hearing to be published twice in the Sun -Telegram, the first publication being 21 fifteen (15) days before said hearing, as appears from the affidavit on file in 22 ,the Office of the City Clerk of said City; and 23 WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said hearing, no protests 24 for objections were made or presented to the proposed amended assessment, and all 25 26 s 271 281 matters and things pertaining to said amended assessment were duly heard and con -'i 'sidered by said City.
