BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, said Council did on the 7th day of June, 19.78, adopt its resolution ordering Currie Engineering Company to make and file with said City Council an amended assessment of all parcels of property the former assessment on which, under Resolution of Intention No. 3167, adopted by said City Council [Ion November 16, 1971, are designated upon the original assessment and diagram !and confirmed by said Council on Aril 4 April 1972, and recorded in theOfficeof the County Surveyor of said County, as Diagram and Assessment Nos. 27A, 27B, 28C, 28D j29B1, 32G and 33. 15 11 WHEREAS, Currie Engineering Company did, on the 3rd day of July, -16 1978, pursuant to resolution ordering same, file with the .City: Clerk an amended 17 assessment and diagram; WHEREAS, the City Council fixed Wednesday,the 5t h day. of Judy, 191978, as the time for hearing said amended assessment and caused notice of said 20 ihearing to be published twice in the Sun -Telegram, the first publication being 21.1 ififteen (15) days before said hearing, as appears from the affidavit on file in 22 Office of the City Clerk of said City; and 2� WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said hearin r 9, no protests 24 for objections were made or presented to the proposed amended assessment, and all 25 !matters and things pertaining to said amended assessment were duly heard and con - 26 1 lisidered on2C;sidered by said City Council. 27 NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that said amended assessment and 28 idiagram filed with the City Clerk of said Cityursuant to �i p resolution ordering
