The conducting agency for this proceeding shall be the City l of Colton. 6. Approval is granted to the conducting agency to proceed ,without notice, hearing or election, as provided in Government Code Section 135221, with 100% consent of the property owners of uninhabited territory. 7. Immediately upon annexation, the City shall detach the area !from County Service Area'No. 38 and Improvement Zone G of County Service Area No. 38, and County Service Area No. 70 and Improvement Zone A of County Service Area. No. 70 without split of assets or liabilities. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Corton does 13hereby approve the annexation of the territory hereinafter described to the 34 iCity.of Colton and does hereby further resolve that said territory be and is i 15 hereby annexed to the City of Colton; and 16. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of � 27-IColton declares the' hereinafter described territory withdrawn from County 18 Service Area No. 38 and Improvement Zone G of County Service Area No. 38, and 19 ilCounty Service Area No. 70 and Improvement Zone A of County Service Area No. 70. 20 That said territory, the annexation of which to the City of 211 Colton is herein approved, is all that territory situate in the County of San 22 Bernardino, State of California, more particularly described in Exhibit A 23 1 attached. 24 That the regular County assessment roll will be used for tax 25 purposes. 26 I That the affected property will not be taxed for any existing i 27�jbonded indebtedness and/or contractural obligations. 28 d That the City Clerk is directed to certify to the passage of this Resolution, to file a copy of said Resolution with the Executive Officer
