2 4 71 8] 10 11 12 13 14- 15 :L6 171 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 ,271 281 RESOLUTION NO. 3835 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY, DESIG- NATED "COLTON ANNEXATION EAST 31" TO THE CITY OF COLTON AND WITHDRAWING SAID ANNEXED AREA FROM COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO. 38 AND IMPROVEMENT ZONE G OF COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO. 38, AND COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO. 70 AND IMPROVEMENT ZONE A OF COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO. 70. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON: WHEREAS, preliminary proceedings for annexation of certain des- Icribed territory to the City of Colton were initiated when the property owner filed a resolution of application with the Local Agency Formation Commission in the County of San Bernardino pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Organi- zatlon Act of 1977; and WHEREAS, thereafter appropriate proceedings were conducted by the !Local Agency Formation Commission and on June 14, 1978, the Commission adopt- leda resolution, being Resolution No. 1425, approving the proposed annexation, 1subJect to the following conditions: 1. The conducting agency shall not make any changes in the, !boundaries hereby approved nor shall it impose any new conditions or modify any !conditions hereby imposed unless and until it receives the approval of the Local !Agency Formation Commission for such changes, modifications, or conditions, pur- isuant to the procedures prescribed by Section 35162 of the Government Code. 2. The conducting agency shall provide the Local Agency Forma- tion Commission Executive Officer with a copy of the certified resolution indi- cating final disposition of the proposal pursuant to Government Code Section 35201. 3. The following distinctive short form designation shall be used throughout this proceeding: LAFG NO. 1781.
